"Today was session 7 out of 12, so I’m just over halfway, and working with Jason Kropidlowski has truly been amazing. Honestly, I wasn’t sure hypnosis would be effective, and with my hectic work schedule, I debated whether it was the right time to start. But it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Here’s why: 1. I’m finally sleeping! If you know me, you know I’ve struggled with sleep for over a year. Now, I put on my session and am out in about two minutes! And if I wake up (which rarely happens now), I just restart my session, and I’m back asleep instantly. I don’t think I’ve even fully heard an entire session yet! It’s all working on my subconscious, doing exactly what I need without me even needing to be fully awake for it. 2. My stress is much more manageable. The tools I’m learning help me focus on what I can control and let go of what I can’t. I’m still working long hours, and I’m tired, but now I feel steady and less overwhelmed—like I’m finally equipped to handle most everything. 3. I’ve started losing weight! I haven’t checked my weight yet, but my clothes are looser, and I can see the changes in the mirror. I haven’t been restrictive with my eating—I’m focusing on listening to what my body truly needs, rather than depriving myself—and I’m naturally not craving the foods I used to. Plus, the better sleep has definitely helped not holding onto those extra pounds. 4. I’m moving away from negative self-talk. I still have a journey ahead of me, but I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made in treating my body and mind with kindness.
